This design is a double storey 9 bedroom student residence, created with the aim of achieving a 7.0-star rating while satisfying all liveable housing requirements. Our main objective throughout the design process was to craft a nurturing living environment that not only offers step-free entry and access throughout the first level for ease of mobility, but also fosters social connections among the resident students.

The communal kitchen and dining area, serving as a hub for socializing, features an open plan layout with generous storage, modern appliances, and a convenient island bench dedicated to food preparation and cooking. Each bedroom is generously sized to provide personal space and comfort, with private ensuites furnished with a king-sized bed, study desk, and walk-in robe.

Emphasizing sustainability, the design incorporates elements such as low-energy lighting, water-efficient plumbing fixtures, and solar panels to minimize the ecological impact of the student residence, aligning with the imperative to uphold environmental responsibility in today's context.
